‫ﻤﻔﻬﻭﻡ ﺍﻟﺭﻴﺎﺩﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺭﻴﺎﺩﻴﺔ )‪ (Entrepreneurship‬ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﻀﻭﻋﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺜﻴﺭﺓ ﻟﻼﻫﺘﻤﺎﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻔﺘـﺭﺓ ﺍﻷﺨﻴـﺭﺓ‪،‬‬
‫ﻭﺫﻟﻙ ﻷﻨﻬﺎ ﻤﺼﺩﺭ ﻟﻼﺒﺘﻜﺎﺭ‪ ،‬ﻓﺎﻟﺭﻴﺎﺩﻴﺔ ﺘﺤﻤل ﻤﻌﻨﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺘﻜﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺭﺍﺌﺩ ﺍﻷﻭل ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻴﺄﺘﻲ ﺒﺎﻟﺠﺩﻴـﺩ‪.‬‬
‫ﻜﻤﺎ ﺃﻨﻬﺎ ﺘﻤﺜل ﻤﺼﺩﺭﺍ ﻤﻬﻤﺎ ﻟﻔﺭﺹ ﺍﻟﻌﻤل ﺍﻟﺭﺨﻴﺼﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻤﺤﺩﻭﺩﺓ ﺭﺃﺱ ﺍﻟﻤﺎل‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﺫﺍ ﻤﺎ ﻨﺠﺩﻩ ﻓـﻲ‬
‫ﻗﻁﺎﻉ ﻭﺍﺴﻊ ﺠﺩﺍ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻷﻋﻤﺎل ﺍﻟﺼﻐﻴﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﻠﻴﺩﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﺩﻴﺩﺓ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺤﺩ ﺴﻭﺍﺀ‪ .‬ﻭﻴﻌـﺭﻑ ﺍﻟﺭﻴـﺎﺩﻱ‬
‫)‪ (Entrepreneur‬ﺒﺄﻨﻪ ﺍﻟﻔﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻴﺘﺤﻤل ﺍﻟﻤﺨـﺎﻁﺭﺓ ﻭﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﻤـل ﻭﺍﻟﻤـﺸﺭﻭﻉ)‪ .(1‬ﻭﻫـﺫﺍ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺭﻴﻑ ﻴﺭﻜﺯ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻤﺭﻴﻥ ﺃﺴﺎﺴﻴﻴﻥ ﻫﻤﺎ‪ :‬ﺍﻷﻭل‪ :‬ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺎﻁﺭﺓ ﻓﻼ ﺭﻴﺎﺩﻴﺔ ﺩﻭﻥ ﻤﺨﺎﻁﺭﺓ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﻔـﺸل‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺠﺎﺡ ﻭﺠﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻜل ﻤﺸﺭﻭﻉ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﺫﺍ ﻤﺎ ﻴﻘﺒل ﺒﻪ ﺍﻟﺭﻴﺎﺩﻱ ﻋﺎﺩﺓ‪ .‬ﻭﺍﻟﺜﺎﻨﻲ‪ ،‬ﺘﺤﻤل ﻤـﺴﺅﻭﻟﻴﺔ‬
‫ﺇﺩﺍﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﻤل ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺸﺭﻭﻉ‪ ،‬ﻓﺎﻟﺭﻴﺎﺩﻱ ﻴﻜﺭﺱ ﻭﻗﺘﻪ ﻭﺠﻬﺩﻩ ﻭﺁﻤﺎﻟـﻪ ﺒﺎﻟﻜﺎﻤـل ﻟﻤـﺸﺭﻭﻋﻪ ﺍﻟﺭﻴـﺎﺩﻱ‪،‬‬

               ‫ﻓﺎﻟﻤﺸﺭﻭﻉ ﺒﺎﻟﻨﺴﺒﺔ ﻟﻠﻜﺜﻴﺭ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﺭﻴﺎﺩﻴﻴﻥ ﻫﻭ ﺍﻟﺤﻠﻡ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻴﺤﺎﻭل ﺘﺤﻭﻴﻠﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻭﺍﻗﻊ)‪.(2‬‬
‫ﺇﻥ ﺃﻜﺜﺭ ﺍﻟﺸﺭﻜﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻜﺒﻴﺭﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻤﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻨﻌﺭﻓﻬﺎ ﻭﺘﻨﺘﺸﺭ ﻓﺭﻭﻋﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻜل ﺃﻗﺎﻟﻴﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻡ‪ ،‬ﺇﻨﻤـﺎ‬
‫ﻜﺎﻨﺕ ﻤﺸﺭﻭﻋﺎﺕ ﺼﻐﻴﺭﺓ ﺭﻴﺎﺩﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻜﺒﺭﺕ ﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﻨﺠﺎﺡ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﺤﻘﻘﺘﻪ‪ .‬ﻟﻬﺫﺍ ﻓﺈﻥ ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺽ ﻴﻀﻔﻲ ﻋﻠﻰ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺭﻴﺎﺩﻴﺔ ﺒﻌﺩﺍ ﺍﺴﺘﺭﺍﺘﻴﺠﻴﺎ ﻷﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺭﻭﻉ ﺍﻟﺭﻴﺎﺩﻱ ﺍﻟﺼﻐﻴﺭ ﺍﻟﻴﻭﻡ ﻴﺤﻤل ﺁﻤﺎﻟﻪ ﺍﻟﻌﺭﻴـﻀﺔ ﻓـﻲ ﺃﻥ‬
‫ﻴﻜﻭﻥ ﺸﺭﻜﺔ ﻜﺒﻴﺭﺓ ﺘﻤﺘﺩ ﻓﺭﻭﻋﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻗﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﺒل‪ .‬ﻟﻬﺫﺍ ﻨﺠﺩ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟـﺒﻌﺽ ﻴﻌـﺭﻑ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺭﻴﺎﺩﻴﺔ ﺒﺄﻨﻬﺎ ﻤﻔﻬﻭﻡ ﻴﺼﻑ ﺍﻟﺘﻔﻜﻴﺭ ﺍﻻﺴﺘﺭﺍﺘﻴﺠﻲ ﻭﺴﻠﻭﻙ ﺘﺤﻤل ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺎﻁﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻴﻨﺘﺞ ﻋﻥ ﺇﻨﺸﺎﺀ‬

‫ﻓﺎﻟﺭﻴﺎﺩﻴﺔ ﺴﺘﻅل ﻤﺼﺩﺭﺍ ﻟﻸﻋﻤﺎل ﺍﻟﺠﺩﻴﺩﺓ ﻭﺁﻤﻼ ﻟﻠﺸﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺘﻜﺭﻴﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺘﻁﻠﻌﻴﻥ ﻟﻠﻌـﺏ‬
‫ﺩﻭﺭﻫﻡ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺹ ﻓﻲ ﺨﺩﻤﺔ ﺍﻻﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻓﻲ ﺒﻠﺩﻫﻡ‪ ،‬ﻭﺒﻤﺎ ﻴﺤﻘﻕ ﺃﺤﻼﻤﻬﻡ ﻭﺁﻤﺎﻟﻬﻡ ﺍﻟﻜﺒﻴـﺭﺓ‬
‫ﻤﻥ ﺨﻼل ﺍﻟﺒﺩﺀ ﺒﻤﺸﺭﻭﻋﺎﺕ ﺼﻐﻴﺭﺓ‪ ،‬ﺴﺭﻋﺎﻥ ﻤﺎ ﺘﻜﺒﺭ ﻭﺘﺘﻨﺎﻤﻰ ﺤﺘﻰ ﺘﺼﺒﺢ ﻤﺤﺭﻜﺎﺕ ﻋﻅﻴﻤـﺔ‬
‫ﻟﻌﺠﻠﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻘﺩﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺩ ﻭﺍﻹﻗﻠﻴﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻡ ﻜﻠﻪ‪ .‬ﻭﻟﻨﻌﻠﻡ ﺠﻤﻴﻌﺎ ﺃﻨﻪ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟـﺼﻐﻴﺭ ﻴﻨﺒـﺕ ﺍﻟﻜﺒﻴـﺭ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻥ‬
‫ﻤﺴﻴﺭﺓ ﺍﻷﻟﻑ ﻤﻴل ﺘﺒﺩﺃ ﺒﺨﻁﻭﺓ ﻭﺍﺤﺩﺓ ﻭﺃﻥ ﺃﻜﺒﺭ ﺍﻹﻨﺠﺎﺯﺍﺕ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﻟﻤﻨﺎ ﻜﺎﻨﺕ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒـﺩﺀ ﻤﺠـﺭﺩ‬
