‫‪ -17‬ﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺎﻁﺭ‪ :‬ﺍﺩﺭﺱ ﻭﻗ‪‬ﻴﻡ ﻤﺨﺎﻁﺭ ‪ 10‬ﺍﺒﺘﻜﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﻁﻭﺭﺘﻬﺎ ﻤﻨﻅﻤﺘﻙ ﺨـﻼل ﺍﻟﻔﺘـﺭﺓ‬
                               ‫ﺍﻷﺨﻴﺭﺓ‪ ،‬ﻭﺤﺩﺩ ﺩﺭﺠﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺎﻁﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺭﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﻤﻊ ﻜل ﻤﻨﻬﺎ‪.‬‬

‫‪ -18‬ﺃﻨﺸﺊ ﺘﻭﺼﻴﻑ ﺠﺩﻴﺩ ﻟﻠﺘﻭﻅﻴﻑ ﻤﻥ ﻨﻤﻁ ﺍﻟﺤﺭﻑ )‪ (T‬ﺍﻟﺫﻱ ﻴﺴﺘﻬﺩﻑ ﺍﺠﺘﺫﺍﺏ ﺍﻟﻌـﺎﻤﻠﻴﻥ‬
‫ﺍﻟﺠﺩﺩ ﺍﻟﺫﻴﻥ ﻴﺘﻤﺘﻌﻭﻥ ﺒﻤﺩﻯ ﻭﺍﺴﻊ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﺨﺒﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﻤﻴﺎﺩﻴﻥ ﻤﺘﺩﺍﺨﻠﺔ ﻋﺩﻴﺩﺓ ﻤﻊ ﺘﻌﻤـﻕ ﻓـﻲ‬
‫ﻤﺠﺎل ﻭﺍﺤﺩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻗل‪ .‬ﻭﺍﻋﻤل ﻋﻠﻰ ﺇﻴﺠﺎﺩ ﻤﺭﻜﺯ ﺍﻟﺘـﺸﺎﺭﻙ ﻟﻠﻌﻤـل ﺍﻟﻤـﺸﺘﺭﻙ ﺒـﻴﻥ‬

                ‫ﺍﻻﺨﺘﺼﺎﺼﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺒﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺨﺘﻠﻔﺔ‪ ،‬ﻟﻴﻌﻤﻠﻭﺍ ﻤﻌﺎ ﻟﺤل ﺍﻟﻤﺸﻜﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻘﺩﺓ‪.‬‬
